The tote is made of automotive seatbelt material and is hand sewn with NASA grade nylon 69 thread. This incredible bag measures L 11.5 in x H 9.5 in x W 4 in. The adjustable strap can extend from 28 in (12 in drop) to 51 in (25 in drop). The four internal organizational slip pockets measure: (2) 5 in x 1 in, (1) 5in x 7 in, and (1) 5 in x 3 in. There is also one internal zip pocket that measures 5 in x 7 in. The interior includes a D-ring for accessories or keys. This large tote is fitted with YKK zipper top closure, contains brushed nickel hardware, and has a bottom that is protected with metal feet. Made in the USA

Meet the HARVEYS, husband and wife Dana and Melanie Harvey. In March 1997, while installing seatbelts into their 1950 Buick, they had the idea of making Melanie a matching handbag. Everyone loved hers so much that they decided to make more. They started making them in their one car garage in California but quickly outgrew it. They've since expanded to a 12,000 ft2 design studio in Santa Ana, California where every SEATBELTBAG is lovingly built to exact specifications. This line of bags is amazing. I now have three of these, and this one is by far the best, in my opinion. It is great to have the different carrying options, especially as a busy working mom. I love these seatbelt bags because they are tough, and can withstand anything. I am thrilled that these are backed by a warranty, and that they are made in the USA. And in terms of function, it has more pockets than your typical handbag, so the organization is there. Moreover, not only is it functional, it also LOOKS good! AND, it's got feet on the bottom of the bag. Very rare to have that on crossbody bags!! I love these thoughtful details! What more can you ask for??

Since I've now owned my Harvey's bag for over two years, I thought it was time to give it a review. This bag is my everyday bag, but also has been everywhere with me: 13 different countries and counting!
Pros:
-Size: you can fit tons of stuff inside including books, a water bottle and extra clothes in addition to your wallet, cell phone, etc.
-Keyring: Never ever will I have to worry about locking myself out of my flat again!
-Zipper pocket: perfect for keeping loose keys and other things you don't want flying away
-Cell phone pocket: perfect location to grab it right as it rings, but big enough that it fits my smartphone. I don't even need a case for it as this protects the screen just fine
-Sturdy: all my previous purses had their lining torn up by something I'd throw in my purse. Not my Harvey's bag! The interior looks great!
-Perfect for traveling: this bag gives me the flexibility to have it casually over my shoulder as well as have it across my body in big crowds. Also being made of seat belts, I never have to worry about someone slashing my bag and the top zipper offers security as well.
-Appearance: Like I said, I've had this for two years and been all over Europe. You can't tell by my bag. It still looks as if it is brand new. Any chocolate stains or croissant crumbs are easily wiped off.
Cons:
-Heavy: not horribly heavy, but heavier obviously due to the seat belts. Your shoulder can get sore if you use it on the same one and have your bag loaded down, but this would probably be true of any bigger bag.
Overall, I'm completely sold by Harvey's bags. The only slightly sad part is that their product is so good, I'll never have to buy another one to replace the one I have!

Very sturdy and very well made! It's a little heavy since it's all very durable materials, but I think this purse will last forever!
