IMO anyone traveling with a small child (I have a very active four year old), a cross-body bag is essential because it frees up one's hands. I bought this bag expressly for this purpose and I was not disappointed. First is the material - the leather is of high quality and smells so good (I like leather - what can I say). Second is the inside of the bag - there's a large area for wallets, checkbooks, etc and three smaller areas - one that is not zipped and the other two area. I swear I could fit my entire large purse items in this cross-body bag. Lastly is the look of the bag - I think it's so nice and cute. The actual product is actually better than what is shown in the picture.

This cross-body purse is gorgeous! The color is beautiful, and the material is very sturdy, durable, and pretty. This purse looks so look with everything and has a lot of compartments which come in very handy. I got so many compliments on it, will definitley buy from The Sak again! I got the Teak colored one and I really love it!

I purchased this bag and even paid $20 extra to expedite the shipping. I can't comment on the actual SAK product because I never received it (although, I did purchase a SAK wallet from a different vendor and the wallet is great! I would definitely purchase another SAK item...as long as it's not from eBags)
After checking the status a few days after I ordered, I realized that my order hadn't even been processed yet. I contacted eBags and inquired as to why it hadn't shipped yet. I instructed them to please process my order, as I paid for expedited shipping (it had been a couple of days and my order hadn't even been processed yet). I received an email shortly thereafter (the only thing they did respond to in a timely matter). A "Customer Care Specialist" told me that my order did not process correctly in their system (whatever that means) and my order was cancelled. They told me they would refund my money. That was it. I never received the bag and my order basically disappeared, like it had never happened. Good thing I didn't order this as a gift!
I have been an Amazon user for years and have purchased a variety of items from a variety of different vendors and have never had an issue like this. I'm sure the bag is great, which was why I ordered it in the first place, but if you can, find this bag through a different vendor. eBags is the worst. I would never purchase anything from them again.
